Assassin's Creed II

I don't know why but today I started sketching Ezio Auditore from Assassin's Creed 2, then I decided to go on and complete the doodle with an assassination target and a Venetian background. That was the result:

Far from being perfect, I decided to "improve" it a little with colors. Since this was not intended to be a masterpiece (it was made on my university notebook, as you can see from the handwriting lines) I did it quite in a rush, so this coloring process could have been done much better (e.g. the color palette is quite unbalanced etc.). But since this drawing was not even supposed to be made I'm quite happy with the final result:

Steampunk Franco-belgian me

A self-portrait I just did (actually quite in a rush), with me in one of my steampunk outfits and my cat. Needless to say what is the original inspiration...

It's too much time since I last did proper comics, and now I am seriously in need of doing something new. I have two series in mind, one previewed in the above doodle I did last night and the other is a little more ambitious project I'm not going to unveil yet in details, but I can say it will be a steam/dieselpunk thing.
Also I am preparing a new A6 minizine about cinema, which will be probably my next publication, I'll keep you posted on this too.

Brunez @ Bradford Baked Zines

Last Sunday at the Victoria Baths Fanzine Fair I met some of the nice people from the Loosely Bound zine collective, and they proposed me to stock some of my zines at their initiative Bradford Baked Zines, from 13th to 18th May in Bradford: http://bradfordbakedzines.wordpress.com/2013/05/06/what-we-got-at-victoria-baths-zine-fair/

Looks like something interesting, and it is literally just round the corner from Leeds, definitely worth a visit (especially considering the several free events). Take a look at the website and the Facebook event for infos and updates.
